Because every item is made specifically for you when you place an order, our delivery timeline is broken into two parts:

• Production (Fulfillment): It takes 2–5 business days to print or embroider your item.

• Shipping: Once custom-made, your order ships out. Standard shipping within the US usually takes 3–5 business days (international times vary by location).

In total, you can expect your package at your door in about 5–10 business days from your order date.

Don't panic! Because we offer a wide variety of custom goods, different items (like a heavy mug and a delicate t-shirt) require different packaging and production timelines. We ship items out the second they are ready, so your order may arrive in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking links for each shipment.

The moment your custom item leaves the production floor, we will automatically send a shipping confirmation email to the address you used at checkout. This email will include a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Because every single product is custom-printed just for you when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing mistakes. We highly recommend checking the detailed sizing charts listed on each product page before hitting purchase!

Because our system is automated to ensure quick delivery, orders hit the production floor almost immediately. If you catch a mistake, email us within 2 hours of purchase at marketingla@compass.com. Once production has actually started on your custom item, we unfortunately cannot change or cancel the order.

We are so sorry about that! While rare, mistakes do happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please email us at marketingla@compass.com within 14 days of delivery.

⚠️ What to include in your email: Please send us your order number alongside a clear photo showing the damage or the incorrect item. We will gladly send you a brand-new replacement at absolutely no cost to you.

Yes! Traditional retail brands produce thousands of items in bulk, resulting in massive amounts of unsold inventory that often ends up in landfills. By partnering with an on-demand printer, we only create a product when someone explicitly wants it—drastically reducing waste and overproduction.

How should I wash my new apparel?

To keep your custom prints looking vibrant for as long as possible:

• Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.

• Tumble dry on low, or hang-dry for the absolute longest life.

• If you need to iron, use a cool setting and iron inside-out. Never iron directly over the printed design.
