FAQ

  • There is a record of all registrations. Welcome Bags and badges will be ready to pick up the day before or the morning of the Summit. Pick-up location will be at the Inn at Green Pastures on Tuesday, February 2nd from 12:00-4:00pm before the Compass Austin Luxury Property Tour or Wednesday February 3rd from 12:00 - 1:00pm during lunch.

  • TX Luxury Summit tickets are non-refundable.  If you’re unable to attend, email tx-events@compass.com. We may be able to connect you with someone on our waitlist interested in purchasing your ticket(s).

  • Parking at the Inn at Green Pastures is available at a daily rate of $12 or an overnight rate of $47 for guests staying at the hotel.

  • There is a Room Block conveniently available on the property of the Summit. The Inn at Green Pastures was recently completed at the start of 2026. Nestled on 7 acres in Austin’s historic Bouldin Creek neighborhood, The Inn at Green Pastures blends storied history with modern elegance. Book your reservation here as there are a limited number of rooms available.

  • If you are interested in hosting a gathering please reach out to Cassady Hart - cassady.hart@compass.com. She will be happy to assist with ideas and to promote your event on the website and the Luxury Summit Event Guide.

    Interested in providing branded swag in the Welcome Bags? We’re curating a thoughtfully designed TX Luxury Summit Welcome bag to ensure every attendee receives and engages with select partner items.

  • If you plan to fly into Austin, the Inn is accessible via the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The distance is approximately 8 to 9 miles. From the airport, take State Highway 71 West, continue to E. Oltorf Street, and head toward the Bouldin Creek neighborhood at 811 W. Live Oak St
